Michele Coe

Hi I am Michele. I am a full time Group Fitness Instructor highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, Sports & Holistic Massage Therapist with over 17 years’ experience and I teach a variety of classes at Active Fitness Club Burnham.

I am passionate and enthusiastic about health and fitness and always make everyone feel welcome when delivering classes to a variety of participants with different goals and make sure everyone works to their best ability with a varied workout every time.

I specialise in Pilates as I believe this is the foundation for all workouts and everyday life.

All my classes are different, fun & challenging for all levels of fitness from beginners to advanced levels making group fitness a very social activity and finding new friendships.

From my experience working out in a group keeps you motivated and gets results, from sharing the experience with others.

Come to one of my classes and you won’t feel out of your depth, what you will find is classes that makes you feel good.
